Ms. Theresa Jehn-Dellaport, PG: Ms. Jehn-Dellaport has over 20 years experience as a Project Manager working as a hydrogeologist for diverse water resource projects. She specializes in Colorado water rights issues, which include both surface and ground water. She has been an expert witness for water rights and environmental matters. Ms. Jehn-Dellaport has completed an aquifer storage and recovery well project for a major metropolitan district. This project was awarded the outstanding project for ground water supply (1998) from National Ground Water Association. Ms. Jehn-Dellaport is pioneering directional water well drilling for large production wells.

-

Ms. Gina Burke, CGWP: Ms. Burke has over 10 years experience as a hydrologist and project manager with Jehn Water Consultants. Ms. Burke specializes in ground water and surface water rights, hydrogeologic studies, ground water and surface water modeling, augmentation plans, replacement plans, water storage analyses for firm yield supplies, water supply planning, and dewatering studies. Ms. Burke has provided expert testimony in augmentation matters. Ms. Burke also has experience in the design and construction management of ground water and monitoring wells.

-

Mr. Matthew J. Welsh :  Mr. Welsh joined Jehn Water Consultants in July 2007 with over five years of water resources experience. Mr. Welsh is nearly finished with his M.S. degree in Watershed Science from Colorado State University, which focuses on the measurements and modeling of erosion rates from forest thinning, unpaved roads, and off-highway vehicle trails. Mr. Welsh has experience with numerous hydrologic models. As a hydrologist with JWC, Mr. Welsh assists the project managers with field activities, data analysis, and report writing.
