Mr. James Jehn presented a talk at the Water Resources, Issues and Administration of the South Platte River Basin - Part 2 Event by the Colorado Continuing Legal Education (CLE).  Mr. Jehn was an invited speaker to discuss groundwater issues along the South Platte.
